At cuppap.com, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 or 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Personalized/customized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- A full or partial refund (based on the condition of the returned item) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
- If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at info@cuppap.com.
5. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
